Our company was originally started by Dennis Allen back in 1972 as Dennis Allen Process Serving. Scott Hope began working for Dennis in August 1987 as a process server. He eventually worked his way up to a Court Officer/Deputy Sheriff when Scott met Dennis’s daughter Charissa. A few years later, they married.
After the loss of Dennis Allen during the summer of 2004, Charissa and Scott together carried on the legacy of the company and Allen-Hope & Associates was formed.

Opened our second office in Lansing, a vital asset being close to the State of Michigan
Expansion into the Saginaw area began with the opening of an office downtown. This location allowed us to service the Bay Saginaw and Midland courts and our clients within that region.
Expansion into Farmington Hills was led by the opening a new office which allowed us to provide a heightened quality of service to our Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Country clients.
A new office was added in Grand Rapids as West-Michigan expansion. This office allowed us to begin providing service for our current clients in that area which led to growth of the company in that region.
Over the years we’ve introduced multiple levels of technology which allowed us to streamline the majority of our operations. These advancements not only improve accuracy and timelines, but they have served as a vital asset to our expansion throughout the entire state.
Today, our corporate office is located in Flint, Michigan. With over 50 Process Servers and 18 support staffers, we also maintain physical offices in Farmington Hills, Grand Rapids, Saginaw and Lansing.
