Our Story


Founded in the Spring of 2011, Olivier’s main location is in the heart of San Francisco’s historical “Meat Packing district” – the “Dog Patch”. We are your neighborhood-friendly, family-like “BOUCHERIE”.

Our large display cases allow our meats to take central stage, and our knowledgeable staff is always available to advise and guide you, so you can pick the perfect cut everytime.

Not sure what to get? Let us do the thinking for you with our freshly prepacked, in house marinated meat, prepared roasts and in-house made sausages for convenient storage and quick cooking. We also offer a full range of rubs, spices and other condiments perfect for your cuisine at home.

In the Spring of 2017, we opened our 2nd store in Diamond Springs, located in the beautiful winery-dotted foothill of the Sierra, between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe; off of Highway 50.

Being closer to the local farm lands allows us to practice and expand our passion and vision for great butchery. We offer custom cuts and wraps for Beef, Pork and Lamb.

Whether you are on your way to your skiing cabin in Tahoe for the winter, or picnic in the summer to the wineries or the lake, your trip won’t be complete without a visit!
