Our Story

Roam Artisan Burgers is seeking a Chef / Kitchen Manager to oversee the Back of House (BOH) operations. As a growing restaurant group, this is an exciting opportunity to join the management team.


The Kitchen Manager is a key team member and representative of the restaurant. The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager are to: a) supervise all kitchen operations and b) contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by effectively managing labor and inventory. The Kitchen Manager will serve as a positive role model at all times.


Ability to hire, train, schedule and supervise all kitchen employees

Maintain food and supply inventory through proper ordering procedures

Strong line cook skills with the ability to expedite orders and run the grill

High-volume, fast paced restaurant experience

Energetic, outgoing and hospitable personality

Schedule flexibility; applicants must be available to work weekends and nights

Must speak ENGLISH and SPANISH fluently
