Founder, Antoine Élie, started selling crêpes in the Wheaton IL Farmers Markets in the summer 2003. Driven by the popularity & success of his crêpes, Antoine started drafting ideas to create a model that uses crêpes in a completely unique way, that is scalable, branded & would offer delicious and healthy food options for all lifestyle dieters on the go. FliPcrêpes was incorporated in 2008, and Antoine opened its first location at the French Market of Chicago in 2009. After years of trials, we finally made our crêpe formula Gluten Free. There is currently 1 store, with plans to start our franchising program in Chicago 2018.
