Our Story

Boccalone is the artisan salumi venture from Top Chef Masters Winner, Chris Cosentino, and Mark Pastore, formerly of Incanto restaurant in San Francisco.

We make more than 20 different salumi in small batches at our plant in Oakland. We sell our products at our salumeria in the Ferry Building and at select farmers markets in the Bay Area. We can also ship our salumi directly to your front door.

In June 2008, Boccalone opened in San Francisco's famed Ferry Building. The Salumeria offers meats sliced-to-order as well as party platters, hot and cold panini and the world famous Boccalone Salumi Cone.
