Our Story

The one and only Gabriele Bonci was born in Rome and learned the culinary arts at a very young age in one of the capital's finest restaurants.

His love for baking ultimately led him to open in 2003 Bonci Pizzarium, Rome's most admired "pizza al taglio" place. He's been consecrated as the Michelangelo of pizza ever since.
