Frank and Betsie's is the type of restaurant where everyone wants to be there. Our customers often come for lunch and dinner since the menus change daily and seasonally. The warm and inviting atmosphere, good home-made food -- with a combination of light French and California cuisines -- and friendly service is key to what has made Frank and Betsie's a mainstay in the Glencoe community and on the North Shore since 1984. Every dish is made from scratch using only the finest ingredients and endeavoring to use products grown locally and regionally. Betsie grows all of the restaurants' herbs in the summer and Frank scours the local Farmer's Markets for the best locally grown produce.
In addition to our high quality of food and service, we offer an array of European-style and American-style desserts, and make all of our own desserts in house. We recently discovered a new dessert on our latest trip to Southern California -- French Custard filled Mango Tart. We will be adding our version to our extensive Pastry List seasonally.
