Herbs & Spices Catering is the creation of Chef Wendy Shay. Wendy was raised in the Bay Area, where she grew up eating a wide variety of foods and culturally diverse cuisines. These elements combined to inspire her passion for cooking.
After years of cooking for her family and friends, Wendy decided to become a professional chef. She received her culinary certificate from Tante Marie's Professional Culinary School in San Francisco.
In 2001, Wendy founded Herbs & Spices Catering, and since then has built a fabulous team of catering experts. The Herbs & Spices Catering team will create fabulous meals for your wedding celebrations, dinner parties, or corporate events. All custom menus feature the freshest ingredients, a pinch of creativity, and a passion for cooking.
