Executive Chef Giovanni Novella hails from Torre del Grecco, a fishing port between Naples and Sorrento in southern Italy. He began his cooking career at the early age of 14, when he enrolled in culinary school in Sorrento. Chef Novella sources quality ingredients– locally, and from Italy– and creates classic and innovative dishes that lets these products shine.
