My favorite childhood memories are times spent in the kitchen with my grandmother. In the spring of 2010 I moved to Napa Valley for its renowned culinary reputation. It was an honor to join the talented team at Beringer Vineyards for several years. In addition, I worked as a consultant for a San Francisco restaurant, training kitchen staff and creating the menu.
Recently, my attention has been focused on delivering gourmet dinners to a wide array of clients. Each week I cook a seasonal and healthy menu that can be easily reheated or frozen for future occasions. The positive feedback and encouragement from my clients has blossomed into the the development of Field+Forage.
Living in beautiful Napa Valley is inspirational in so many ways...a feast for all the senses. My creative mind is always busy generating new concepts and designs. Working closely with each client to make their individual dreams a reality is one of my most fufilling experiences.
I am very excited to be working with passionate employees and knowlegable vendors as we develop our vision to make Field+Forage one of the most highly respected catering companies in Napa Valley. The personal satisfaction that comes from developing new dishes, beautiful presentations and memorable occasions is my greatest reward.
