Tsukemen, a house specialty and a must-eat favorite when dining at Kirimachi. We offer a variety of ramen -- shoyu (Chef Leo's favorite), tonkotsu, miso, and vegetarian miso.
Everything from the MSG-free sauces and soups to the ramen are made inhouse. We've even imported a noodle-making machine from Japan so that everyone will enjoy each and every part of our ramen.
In addition to ramen, we have appetizers and side dishes available during lunch and dinner, and uni dishes especially available during dinner. For those who are interested (and of age), we have select Japanese and local craft beers that compliment our ramen and other menu items well.
