Housed in a 100-year-old former auto body shop, the Chop Shop is Chicago’s only sustainable butcher + deli + restaurant + bar with a 6,000 square foot event space.
THE DELI MARKET
Our from-scratch kitchen features roasted in-house meats, fresh cheeses, sandwiches, panini, antipasto, salads, and grab-and-go items like pizzas, pasta, beer and wine — all at our deli market. Our fresh and to-go products, including deli meat by the pound, wine and beer, are available for delivery!
Our knowledgeable butcher team offers cuts from local farms, as well as monthly Whole Hog Butcher Classes and off-site smoking events. Delivery available.
THE RESTAURANT + BAR
The restaurant’s seasonally-rotating menu sources local farms and our very own butcher. Peruse our in-house charcuterie program, raw bar, homemade pastas, prime steak cuts, and our award-winning Butcher’s Burger.
