It all started in the Mission District of San Francisco many years ago. My Grandfather had a Mexican bakery and restaurant with a tortilla operation in the back. I was raised on fresh tortillas, meats, vegetables, chilis, rice and beans.
I moved to Hawaii for 15 years and lived on the North Shore of Oahu, giving me the freshest source for fish, my backyard. I was blessed.
Now I bring those blessings to you. With fresh meats, poultry and fish, in classic Mexican dishes with sauces that are prepared daily. We use organic vegetables in our salads and caldos (soups) and support sustainable farming practices.
