Our Story

Our menu is small by design because we want to give every item the attention and focus it deserves. Our knives cut meat and vegetables, never corners. Using the finest ingredients is important to us. We use handmade rubs. The best spices money can buy. Meat sourced from familiar farms, time and again. Pasture raised beef. Pork with no added hormones. All natural chicken. Everything’s fresh, hand selected and hand prepared. Our brisket spends up to fifteen hours in the smoker. Heck, even our mac cheese takes four hours.
