The employee will have overall responsibility for efficiently and courteously handling the requests and transactions of the hotel guests in all front desk related functions. You must be able to utilize available resources in order to offer above and beyond customer service for all guests. We are currently seeking part time and full time front desk agents. Tasks include but are not limited to:Front Desk Agent duties:-Uses proper telephone etiquette.
-Understands room status and room status tracking.
-Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
-Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department.
-Knows how to use front office equipment.
-Processes guest check-outs and check ins.
-Registers guests and assigns rooms. (Accommodates special requests whenever possible).
-Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
