• Sales and Marketing to Realtors, Homeowners, Investors and Banks.
• Call on Realtors with vacant properties
• Send E-cards and E-campaigns (must have good computer skills)
• Secure and schedule sales meetings
• Use the MLS/Public MLS to locate target homes and pull data for reports
• Schedule and market at open houses
• Pursue leads from meetings and open houses
• Develop marketing plan to reach prospective Realtors in region
• Network with Realtors in core region
• Develop program to retain Realtors
• Meet with Realtors and homeowners to deliver contract proposals
• Obtain signed homeowner contracts
• Obtain testimonials
• Handles all advertising for homes and data entry for homeowner prospects.
• Is responsible for obtaining all Realtor sales meetings presentations.
• Takes the lead role in setting open houses. Their core role at an open house is to generate leads and follow up on them immediately.
• Works in concert with the Operations Manager and the Placement Manager to ensure that the overall goals are met.
