We are a small family winery in the Sierra Foothills of California. Our wines are created by classical methods seldom seen today. We are recapturing the art of making wine that can benefit from long-term cellaring, and to crafting a food-friendly style, reclaiming wine's rightful place on the dinner table. Our wines are made through gentle, minimal intervention techniques and are fermented without malolactic to preserve the natural varietal character, acidity and balance. We use minimal sulfites and no unnecessary processing.
