Q: How will my business benefit from having a social media presence?
A:
Social networking is the new platform for online marketing and you need to get involved! Having a social media presence will allow you to connect with networks of potential customers and get your name in front of people online.

Q: What are “fans”?
A: Fans are the people who “Like” your business’ fan page on Facebook. When a Facebook user becomes a fan of your business, they can see all of your posts and updates. Fans can invite their friends to “Like” your business. This expands your network and gets your name/brand out to more people.

Q: Why do I need to update my social networking pages?
A:
Properly managing your social media presence is crucial.
